STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We truly believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the CINEMOOD Website, Amazon, Indiegogo and other online stores, as well as our retail partners. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that CINEMOOD Storyteller is designed and built to be just what you and your family need to enjoy precious memories together.
We understand that sometimes a product was not exactly what you thought it would be. In this unlikely event, there are a few important things to remember before returning a CINEMOOD product you have purchased. For the following online retailers:

- Target
- B&H Photo
- Electronic Express
- HSN
- evine
- HomeDepot
- BestBuy Canada
- The Grommet
- Stackcommerce
For any undamaged product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (excludes items received as a gift) must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the product. We will refund the purchase price through the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following:
– If more than 30 days have elapsed from the date you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
– The following products are not eligible for return: subscriptions to the Ameba or other similar programs.
– CINEMOOD products purchased through our retail partners cannot be returned to CINEMOOD Trendsetters co. and must be returned to the store according to their return.
For any defective products, exchanges can be made for the same or similar product.
You have a one year warranty for your CINEMOOD Storyteller and a two month warranty for any CINEMOOD Smart Cover from the date you received the product with the original receipt or gift receipt.
HOW TO RETURN
To return any undamaged or defective item, a product should meet our Standard Return policy listed above, Terms of Use and Warranty. As well, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product directly to CINEMOOD Trendsetters co. you purchased online from the CINEMOOD Website or our other official online and offline partners.
Before shipping your product back to CINEMOOD Trendsetter for return, refund or repair please contact our Customer Support Centre at support@cinemood.com to be guided through the return process.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, it may take us a few working days to inspect it and send you an email to notify you of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund in case of defective, undamaged and for repair item.
For any undamaged product, if a product is approved for refund, we will initiate the process of refund within 30 working days from the day we received the product along with refund that will automatically be applied to original method of payment.
For any defective product, if a product is considered as damaged, we will exchange the item or issue a refund for the cost of the item.
For any item that is at the warranty time, if your one year warranty has not expired, we take all expenses to repair it using genuine CINEMOOD parts quickly. If the warranty expires, we can offer you the option to repair damaged item on the special terms.
In addition, please note the following:
- if you return an undamaged product, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you return a defective product for refund or exchange, we will cover all shipping costs both ways.
- In case of exchanging a product, delivery of the exchanged product may vary by location.
- When shipping an item over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking service to guarantee that your item is received.
- Note FOR AUSTRALIA, JAPAN AND REST OF WORLD ONLY – before you return an order, please make sure you contact your tax authorities to confirm if any refunds on import taxes need to be settled.
Partial Refunds are not guaranteed.
